  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we can ship internationally, please feel free to email us to discuss.
  • Are the products safe?
    The products go through rigorous safety testing before dispatch. The manufacture has been mass producing the vitamin ampoules for years, sending hundreds of thousands per year with excellent feedback.
  • Do I use the whole 2ml ampoule?
    Yes, absolutely. Administer the whole 2ml ampoule on the individual and do not save or store the ampoule once opened.
  • Can I read what is on the ampoules?
    Yes, the writing is clear on the ampoules, with the manufacturer date, expiry date, type of vitamin and amount of vitamin in the ampoule.
  • Do I require a prescription to purchase the vitamins?
    No, a prescription is not required to purchase the vitamin injection ampoules, that we sell. The vitamin ampoules we sell are non-prescription vitamins. The ampoules we sell are not used to treat any conditions, diseases or ailments. The vitamins are used by practitioners, solely to improve the health and wellness of their clients. Prescription only vitamin injection ampoules are used within mainstream medicine to treat and manage vitamin deficiencies, pernicious anaemia and other conditions relating to these. Prescription only vitamins are to be obtained through an online pharmacy and through a prescriber. This is something we do not offer, our products are all non prescription vitamins.
  • What is the difference between the B12 1ml ampoules I’ve been using and your product?
    The B12 Methylcobalamin comes in 2ml form and is a non-prescription vitamin. The ampoule contains 1000mcg (1mg) of B12. This is the same strength as the 1ml form Hydroxocobalamin. This type of B12 requires a prescription to obtain and use.
  • Am I insured to use your vitamins?
    You will need to contact your insurance provider, to get confirmation that you are covered to use non-prescription vitamins on your clients.
  • Can I draw up a syringe and leave the vitamin stored?
    The best practise is to draw up the vitamin at the appointment with your client. If you wish, you can draw up the vitamin and leave in the syringe no longer than 30 minutes before administering. Make sure to keep the vitamin out of direct sunlight.
  • How long does delivery take?
    We currently use Royal Mail as the postal service. Delivery takes between 2-3 working days and is sent by first class signed for postage, or next day delivery is available when purchasing products.
  • How do I store the vitamins?
    The best way to store the vitamins is to keep in a cupboard, out of direct sunlight and stored at a temperature no higher than 25’c and no cooler than 4'c.
